Pgh. Zoning Board hearings
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 220/09 on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Kevin M. Costello, owner of 82 S. 14th Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 10 ft. x 10 fto. rooftop deck on two-story addition to existing three-story single family dwelling.
Zone case 224/09 on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 8:50 a.m. is the appeal of 15th and Sarah Associates LLC, owner of 109 S. 15th Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of three business signs: one 7 sq. ft. (BAR), two 25.70 sq. ft. (PREGAME) on an existing three-story structure.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
