Pgh. Zoning Board hearings
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 207/09 on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Joe Clark, owner of 1223 E. Carson Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of 2½ story structure as retail sales and service on first floor and one dwelling unit on second floor.
Zone case 209/09 on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Christopher Yankos, owner of 120 S. 15th Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 30 ft. x 45 ft. rooftop deck on existing three-story 12-unit condo building.
Zone case 211/09 on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Frankovitch Real Estate LLC, owner of 58 S. 17th Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 20 ft. x 60 ft. second-story addition on existing one-story structure to be used as a single family dwelling with two-car garage.
Zone case 212/09 on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of North of Forbes Inc ., owner of 2301-19 E. Carson Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of 40,000 sq. ft. of existing two-story structure as office (general).
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
