Carlow students spruce up in Allentown
Meghan Draude (on the ladder) and Santana Hammond were part of a "crew" of Carlow University students who volunteered to help in Allentown for the Mercy Day of Caring. The students prepped and painted several empty storefronts along East Warrington Avenue in the business district.
