MWCDC to hold its first ever annual dinner

After 20 years of implementing business and community development projects throughout Mount Washington, the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation (MWCDC) will hold its first annual dinner at the LeMont Restaurant on Thursday, Nov. 12.

The evening will begin with a reception at 5 p.m. followed by the dinner at 6 p.m. Tickets are $60 per person and the affair will be cocktail attire.

According to J.T. Smith, board president of the MWCDC, the dinner will serve two functions.

"Every year our organization has a fundraiser, but this year we wanted to fundraise, but also communicate to our partners and stakeholders what our results and impacts were this year", says Mr. Smith. "We will share our strategic plan results and provide a glimpse to what is on tap in next year's update to the strategic plan."

The LeMont Restaurant is at 1114 Grandview Avenue in Mount Washington.
