Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 168/09 on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Charles A. Mohan III, owner of 132 Olympia Street in the 19th Ward, for an appeal requesting to erect a 20 ft. x 24 ft. two-car garage at rear of existing 2 story single family dwelling.
Zone case 170/09 on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of Jane Ellen Gibish, owner of 2325 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of 3 story structure as 2-family dwelling with 2-car detached garage in rear.
Zone case 164/09 on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 8:50 a.m. is the appeal of Mary L. DeMauro, owner of 1707 E. Carson Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 25 ft. x 25 ft. two-story addition on the rear of existing three and two-story structure with three offsite parking stalls.
Zone case 174/09 on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of KLMGPA 144 LLC, owners of 144 Bausman Street in the 30th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of existing 2½ story structure as mulit-unit residential with seven dwelling units and seven outdoor parking stalls in rear yard (144-146-148-150 Bausman).
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
