Pgh. Zoning Board hearings

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing(s) of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 166/09 on Thursday, Aug. 20 at 9:15 a.m. is the appeal of BP Exploration & Oil Inc., owner of 1006 E. Carson Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of approximately 100 sq. ft. on E. Carson Street side of lot for outdoor retail sales (non-accessory) - vending.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
