Zone case 147/09 on Thursday, July 30 at 8:50 a.m. is the appeal of P7 Investments LP, owners of 124 S. 11th Street in the 17th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 20 ft. x 47.66 ft. 3-story single family dwelling with 1-car integral garage.
Zone case 151/09 on Thursday, Aug. 6 at 8:50 a.m. is the appeal of Robert and Donna Boyle, owners of 134 S. 25th Street in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 2-story single family dwelling at 136 S. 25th Street and 2-story, 2-family dwelling at 134 S. 25th Street with 3.5 ft. concrete block wall across rear and along southerly rear side yard.
Zone case 148/09 on Thursday, Aug. 6 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of Shaheen, Haupt & Hagerty Development LLC, owner of 13024 Harcum Way in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of three (3) 4-story single family attached dwellings with 2-car integral garages.
