Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearing(s) of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 127/09 on Thursday, July 9 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Dorothy E. Scuri, owner of 366 Republic Street in the 19th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of a 2-car integral garage underneath existing 2-story single family dwelling.
Zone case 117/09 on Thursday, July 9 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of the South Hills Racing Pigeon Club, owner of 2104 Arlington Avenue in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting use of 1-story structure as a social club with liquor license.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
