Zone case 107/09 on Thursday, June 11 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Guy Miller Reschenthaler, owner of 2612 Patterson Street in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 20 ft. x 50 ft two-car parking pad at rear of existing 2-story single family dwelling with 3 ft. open fence at front and 6 ft. privacy fence at rear.
Zone case 108/09 on Thursday, June 11 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Mario Huser, owner of Ruth Street in the 19th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 14 ft. x 15 ft. deck at front and 14 ft. x 12 ft. deck at rear of existing 2½-story 2-family dwelling with 2-car detached garage in rear.
Zone case 114/09 on Thursday, June 18 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Eric J. Baxendell, owner of 2614 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward, for an appeal requesting a 3.58 ft. x 14.83 ft. two-story extension and 3 ft. x 12.66 ft. addition to 2nd floor at rear of esixting 2 and 3 story one-family dwelling.
