May 19, 2009

The Pennsylvania Resources Council is holding another vermicomposting class.

Learn about the benefits of composting with worms. Class participants will learn how to house, feed, harvest and care for their own worms. Participants should be prepared to roll-up their sleeves and make their own worm composting bin.

Each participant or couple will be provided with a bin, instructions, and worms. They will go home with a complete, ready to use vermiculture system!

Cost of the class is $45 per person or $55 for a couple and includes one compost unit per registration. The class will take place on Wednesday, May 27 at the CCI Center on South Side from 6:30 - 8:15 p.m.
