Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 063/09 on Thursday, April 16 at 9:20 a.m., is the appeal of Jane Ellen Gibish, owner of 2325 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward, for use of 3-story structure as a 2-family dwelling with a 2-car garage in rear.
Zone case 068/09 on Thursday, April 16 at 10:00 a.m., is the appeal of Christine and Stanley Prinzer, owners of 434 Boggs Avenue in the 19th Ward, for a 12 ft. x 15 ft. ground level deck at the rear of existing 2½ story single family dwelling.
Zone case 071/09 on Thursday, April 23 at 9:10 a.m., is the appeal of Dennis Tulenko, owner of 99 S. 9th Street in the 17th Ward, for a two foot diameter HVAC unit on the rear of existing 3-story structure and continued use of 3-story structure as single family dwelling with 5 ft x 9 ft 9 in deck on rear.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
