Volunteers wanted at Carrick library

The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Carrick is looking for volunteers to help with their upcoming summer program.

This year's summer reading theme is “Get Creative @ Your Library.”  The library is planning programs in the arts for children and teens to fit this theme.

The library is looking for:

• Volunteers who are skilled in any creative art including music, dance, drama, storytelling, painting, drawing, knitting, crafting, writing or any other creative art skill.

• Volunteers who have an interest in and some experience with working with children and teens.

• Volunteers who are willing to donate their time and present instruction on their skill to children and teens.
