Slippery Rock University students from across Pennsylvania and the nation earned dean's list honors during fall semester 2008.

Students from the South Pittsburgh area named to the list were: Crystal M. Nath, Giffin Avenue; Matthew J. Pook, Salisbury Street; Lauren N. Stein, Fairland Street; and, Brandy A. Wilson, Althea Street.

To qualify for the SRU dean's list, a student must earn a 3.5 grade-point average or higher on a 4-point scale while taking 12 or more graded hours of course credit.
