Dress Down Day benefits MS Society

February 17, 2009

Area companies are being asked to help “raise a pot of gold” for the Multiple Sclerosis Service Society this Saint Patrick's Day by participating in the “Wear'n of the Jeans or a little bit O'Green Dress Down Day.”

Companies are being asked to allow their employees to “dress down” for a donation of $1 or more per person on Saint Patrick's Day (or the Friday after). Rob Frank, development manager for the Multiple Sclerosis Service Society, said the goal is to get 100 businesses, organizations and offices to participate in this year's event.

To participate in the “dress down day,” contact Mr. Frank at 412-539-1090.

All proceeds benefit local people living with MS and the MS Exercise and Support Program, a one-of-a-kind program providing an in-home maintenance exercise program to help people with MS maintain their current level of function.
