Zone Case 029/09 on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2009 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Jail House Lofts, owner of 2200 Sarah Street in the 16th Ward, for use of 700 sq. ft. on first floor as office (limited) with seven existing dwelling units in existing three-story structure. The property is currently zoned RM-M.
Zone Case 031/09 on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2009 at 9:30 a.m is the appeal of Lazzaro and June Tantalo, owners of 342 Kambach Street in the 18th Ward, for use of two-story structure as a two-family dwelling. The property is currently zoned R1A-VH.
Zone Case 032/09 on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2009 at 9:40 a.m is the appeal of P7 Investments, owner of 421 Augusta Street in the 19th Ward, for a 16'3" x 7'7/8" two-story addition at the rear with 16'3¼" x 2' cantilever on second floor of existing two-story single family dwelling. The property is currently zoned R2-L.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
