Pgh. Zoning Board hearings of local interest in So. Pgh.

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 010/09 on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Aaron Krocke and Carla Cirringione, owners of 60 Harwood Street, to build a 23' x 39' two-car detached garage and storage space at rear of existing single family dwelling.

Zone case 012/09 on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009 at 9:30 a.m., is the appeal of Donald Malsch, owner of 2914 Stromberg Street, to protest the revocation of a building permit.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
