Local hearing scheduled for the Pgh. Zoning Board

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 217/08 on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Eric DiLucente, owner of 176 Pius Street, to rebuild roof to create full third floor in existing 2½ story structure with integral 2 car ground level garage.

Zone Case 222/08 on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 9:00 a.m. is the appeal of John Guajardo, owner of 135 Bingham Street, for a two family dwelling in existing 2½ story structure with parking pad in front.

Zone Case 223/08 on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Pomo Development, owner of 442 Sweetbriar Street, for use of two single family attached 2-story dwellings.

Zone Case 227/08 on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of 27th & Larkins LP, owner of 2620 Larkins Way S 27th and Larkins Way, for four 3-story, 2-unit townhouses with integral parking.

Plans are on file for these case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
