John Murray will receive Halo Award from Angels'

Duquesne University Chancellor John E. Murray, Jr. will receive the Halo Award at the annual dinner held by Angels' Place, Inc. on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at the IBEW Building, South Side.

Dr. Murray will be recognized for his support of Angels' Place that provides single, low-income, full-time student parents with the support to complete their education and establish careers.

The event starts at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour and silent auction. Dinner by the Fluted Mushroom is at 7 p.m. and the presentation will be at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $85 each or a table of ten at $800 by calling 412-321-4447. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the provision of services for Angels' Place clients.
