The next meeting of the Upper Knoxville Block Watch will be Thursday, Oct. 23 at the Knoxville Christian Church, 72 Knox Avenue at Charles Street.

There will be a fellowship supper at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.

Guest speakers include Detective Jill Smallwood-Rustin of Pittsburgh Police, Councilman Bruce A. Kraus, and Liz Style from the Mayor's Office. The community is welcome to discuss neighborhood needs and concerns.
