Local hearings scheduled for the Pgh. Zoning Board
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 196/08 at 9:40 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23 is the protest of the revocation of occupancy for use consistent with sidewalk café dining permit filed by Daniel and Moeun McSwiggin, owners of 1701 E. Carson Street.
Zone case 199/08 at 9:10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30 is the appeal of James I. Reinicker Jr ., owner of 233 Charles Street to use the first floor of the 3-story single family dwelling as childcare (limited) for no more than six children ages newborn to 13 years, operating Sunday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Plans are on file for these case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
