I thought of an idea of what they could do with South Side Hospital.
Not much renovations to be done either. Make it affordable housing for the disabled and elderly people, since it had quite a few elevators and rooms already built. On the ground floor put some stores there, such as a Hallmark store as there isn't one in the Flats (we don't need another bar in the South Side). It's already handicap accessible, so why not turn it into apartments instead of going as unoccupied land.
It's just a thought.
