Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 171/08 on Thursday, Sept. 18 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Sidney Square Associates, LLC, owner of 2112 Sidney Street, for interior construction of five residential suites plus a lounge area in basement level of multi-suite residential (general) facility.
Zone case 176/08 on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of Gauri Shankar LP, owner of 1803 Concordia Street, for a community center (general) with daycare, business startup space, training classes, and rooftop communications tower (Class A).
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
