Bus trip for WWII vets to Washington, DC

World War II veterans can register for a free one-day bus trip to the WWII National Memorial in Washington, D.C. scheduled for this fall.

The busses will leave at 6 a.m. and return at approximately 9 a.m. A box lunch and dinner will be provided. A registered nurse will be on each bus, and at least one doctor will be available. Wheelchairs will be available.

For more information and to register contact Lydian at 724-709-3614. Seating is reserved for WWII veterans and family; friends and spouses cannot be accommodated.

Donations, which will enable the organization to provide this trip free of charge to veterans, will be accepted. Each $50 donation will cover expenses for one veteran. To make a donation mail a check payable to WWII Memorial Vets Trip to Kingsway Engineering, 1331 State Avenue, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
