Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the following public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
The following cases will be heard on Thursday, Aug. 14:
Zone case 149/08 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of 2105 Associates LP, owner of 2108 Sarah Street, for use of first floor (700 sq. ft.) as one dwelling unit with studio space, one dwelling unit on second floor and one dwelling unit on third floor with two car attached garage at 2105 Sarah Street and continued use of 2½ story, 2 family dwelling at 2104 Carey Way.
Zone case 150/08 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Nikolay and Cortney Ivanov, owner of 2717 Sarah Street, for one 5' x 10' internally illuminated business identification sign cabinet (Big Dog Coffee) on rear wall.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
