Catch the Reading bug

June 10, 2008

Children ages 0-12 are welcome to register for the “Catch the Reading Bug” Summer Reading Program at the Carrick Branch Library.

Children register online or at the library and keep track of the books they read this summer. Children will receive a free book and other prizes after reading five books and after reading ten books. There will also be raffle prizes at the end of the summer. The more books you read the more chances there are to win.

Teens (grades 6-12) can register for the “Metamorphosis” Teen Summer Reading Program. Teens log in to the website to register and record the books they read for chances at weekly raffle prizes. Pick up a free book and bag for registering at the library.

For more information check their website at carnegielibrary.org/locations/carrick/ or call 412-882-3897.
