Local hearing scheduled for the Pgh. Zoning Board
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the upcoming hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
The following cases will be heard on Thursday, June 5:
Zone case 094/08 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Milan and Nadine Brnilovich, owners of 2910 Harcum Way, for a 20' x 40' four-car garage as an accessory for single family dwelling at 2822 Sarah Street.
Zone case 099/08 at 10 a.m. is the appeal of Steven R. Lucas and Kathleen A. Donahue, owners of 441 Mosgrove Street, for a 12.58' x 18.58' one-story addition to the east side of existing two-story single family dwelling and a 22' x 40' two-story addition with garage below and one dwelling unit above attached to new addition.
The following cases will be heard on Thursday, June 12:
Zone case 104/08 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Helen M. Caparelli, owner of 200 Merrimac Street, requesting office and retail sales use of a one-story structure (two-story single family dwelling also on lot.
Zone case 101/08 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of Brian Haenze, owner of 2545 Brownsville Road, requesting use as a child daycare for up to six children, operating 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
