Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled the upcoming hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
On Thursday, May 29, at 9:10 a.m., the Zoning Board will hear Zone case 089/08, the appeal of Julia Levitsky, 2724 Niles Street, for four single family attached dwellings pending use variance and lot consolidation/subdivision.
The following cases will be heard on Thursday, June 5: Zone case 094/08 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Milan and Nadine Brnilovich, owners of 2910 Harcum Way, for a 20' x 40' four-car garage as an accessory for single family dwelling at 2822 Sarah Street.
Zone case 099/08 at 10 a.m. is the appeal of Steven R. Lucas and Kathleen A. Donahue, owners of 441 Mosgrove Street, for a 12.58' x 18.58' one-story addition to the east side of existing two-story single family dwelling and a 22' x 40' two-story addition with garage below and one dwelling unit above attached to new addition.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
