"Mother and Child" is Phil Seth's proposal for the mural to be placed in Carrick. Three proposals are on display at the Carrick Branch of Carnegie Library until May 29. A meeting at Carrick High School will determine which mural is choosen. See In the Neighborhood for the other proposals.
