Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled one public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, May 8 at 8:50 a.m. in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 077/08 is the appeal of Ron Jardini, owner of 21 West Woodford Avenue for use of a two-and-one-half story structure as two dwelling units with one car detached garage at rear.
On Thursday, May 15, at 8:50 a.m., the Zoning Board will hear Zone case 081/08, the appeal of Kenneth Ray, owner of 2001 Gregory Street requesting to place a 19 ft. x 8.5 ft. parking pad at the rear of the existing single family dwelling.
On Thursday, May 29, at 9:10 a.m., the Zoning Board will hear Zone case 089/08, the appeal of Julia Levitsky, 2724 Niles Street, for four single family attached dwellings pending use variance and lot consolidation/subdivision.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
