Graffiti Watch looking for properties for ‘paint out'

March 25, 2008

The South Side's Graffiti Watch group is planning a paint out during the South Side Spring Cleanup, which will be held on Saturday, April 19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In order to have graffiti removed from private property the owner has to sign a permission form allowing the Graffiti Watch Group to do so.

Anyone who would like a copy of the permission form or more information should contact Sarah Alessio at the Pennsylvania Resources Council at 412-431-4449 ext. 236 or saraha@ccicenter.org.

The Graffiti Watch group can only paint over graffiti and does not have the capabilities at this time to pressure wash graffiti from brick or masonry. Visit tagtracker.maphub.com for information on who to contact to remove graffiti from brick or masonry.
