Zone case 053/08 at 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, March 27 is the appeal of Jeff and Erin Catalina for 143-145 South 22nd Street as a three-story single family dwelling with two-car integral garage.
Zone case 054/08 at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 27 is the appeal of Jeff Paul for 406 Sweetbriar Street for use of 22 single unit attached three-story single family dwellings with 2-car integral garages and 2 exterior parking stalls per unit.

Zone case 055/08 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Kevin and Christie Gasiorowski, owner of 2300 Josephine Street, protesting a previous case due to no notice given to property owners abutting property; landslide prone area; building plans exceeding 40 feet and will obstruct view and depreciate property value significantly.
Zone case 058/08 at 9:10 a.m. is the appeal of Reverend Jeffrey Clark Long, owner of 1914 Shamokin Street, requesting remove partial 3rd floor of existing structure and replace with full third floor; add 7' x 16' second story porch above existing front porch and two 5' x 5' decks and spiral stair off rear of existing single family dwelling.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
