Zone case 039/08 on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 9:40 a.m. is the appeal of the Soffer Organization, owner of 2730 Sidney Street, to install one 5' x 23'2" internally illuminated business identification wall sign for Building #2, third floor occupant (Maya), aka 2705 East Carson Street.
Zone case 040/08 at 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, is the appeal of John Bazari, owner of 111 Kathleen Street (also #119), to use existing three-story church structure as seven dwelling units with seven parking stalls at the front of the structure
Zone case 041/08 at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 6 is the appeal of the United Methodist Church Union to use the existing three-story structure at 2700 Jane Street with 23 parking stalls for religious assembly.
Zone case 047/08 at 9:20 a.m. on Thursday, March 13 is the appeal of Amanda and Kevin Beamon for 1401 Eleanor Street, to erect a 12 ft. x 18 ft. second floor deck on the west side of the 2-story single family dwelling known as 2408 Salisbury St.; rear house of single family dwelling at 1401 Eleanor St.
Zone case 049/08 at 9:40 a.m. on Thursday, March 13 is the appeal of the Soffer Organization for 447 Cinema Drive to erect one 19.6 ft. x 3.5 ft. awning sign on the south elevation of Space C221 (retail sales-limited) in addition to previously approved signs on permit #200800255.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person.
