Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled three public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Feb. 14 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 030/08 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of P/7 Investments, owner of 21 Enon Way, for use of a two-story structure with one-car integral garage as a single family dwelling.
Zone case 032/08 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Good Father Foundation, owner of 1226 Breed Street, requesting a 20' x 24' third-story addition to the existing two-story single family dwelling.
Zone case 014/08 at 9:45 a.m. is the appeal of Landmark Property Development LLC, owner of 95 S. 13th Street, requesting change in use from police station/jailhouse to multiple family residential.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
