PROPOSED ORDINANCE 902

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MT. Oliver, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, REVISING ARTICLE III CHAPTER 223 TAXATION OF THE CODE OF MT. Oliver BOROUGH FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPEALING THE EMERGENCY AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES TAX AND ENACTING THE LOCAL SERVICES TAX OF FIFTY-TWO ($52.00) DOLLARS ESTABLISHING PERSONS SUBJECT TO THE LOCAL SERVICES TAX; ESTABLISHING PERSONS EXEMPT FROM THE LOCAL SERVICES TAX; FURTHER PROVIDING FOR EXEMPTION CERTIFICATES, THE COLLECTION OF THE TAX, THE SITUS OF THE REVENUES, THE ADMINISTRATION BY THE MUNICIPAL LOCAL SERVICES TAX COLLECTOR, SUITS FOR COLLECTION, VIOLATION AND PENALTIES, AND CONSTRUCTION OF PROVISIONS.
