Jusin Miller, neighborhood city planner, will be the featured speaker at the next meeting of the Mount Oliver City/St. Clair Village Border block Watch meeting.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. on November 15 at Potter's House Cathedral, Multi-Education Center (former Saint Joseph Convent), 430 Cathedral Avenue. All interested area residents are welcome to attend.
