Narcotics detective is guest speaker at Upper Knoxville Block Watch meeting
The community is invited to the next meeting of the Upper Knoxville Block Watch on Tuesday, Oct. 23 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Knoxville Christian Church, 72 Knox Avenue at Charles Street.
Neighborhood needs and concerns will be discussed with guest speakers who include Detective Brock Covington from the City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Narcotics and District Magisterial Judge Eugene Ricciardi.
