One hearing of local interest before the Pgh. Zoning Board

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled one public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Oct. 25 at 9 a.m. in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone Case 194/07 is the appeal of Karen Campbell, owner of 538 Mountain Avenue, to continue the use of existing five level structure as a two-family dwelling.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
