Two hearings of local interest at this week's Zoning Board

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Oct. 4 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 173/07 at 8:50 a.m. is the appeal of Doerr Brothers, Inc., owners of 2114 and 2112 Larkins Way, South Side Flats, for use as four offsite parking stalls for owners of 2107 Larkins Way.

Zone case 163/07 at 9:30 a.m. is the appeal of Pittsburgh Chili Kings, LLC, owner of 1022 Fritz Street, South Side, to erect two 3-story single family dwellings, each with a two car integral garage.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
