Two hearing of local interest before Pgh. Zoning Board

Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, July 19 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.

Zone case 118/07 at 10 a.m. is the appeal of First Choice Homes LLC, owner of 148 S. 17th Street, South Side Flats, for a three-story, single family dwelling with two-car integral garage.

Zone case 119/07 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of First Choice Homes LLC, owner of 161 S. 16th Street, South Side Flats, for a three-story, single family dwelling with two-car integral garage.

Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
