One local hearing this week at Pittsburgh Zoning Board
Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled one public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, April 26 at 9:40 a.m. in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 058/07 is the appeal of Valeriano Zarro and Donna Lee Backman, owners of 1105 East Carson Street, South Side Flats, to use the second and third floors as a single dwelling unit with existing decks on each floor and new 14' x 16' fourth floor (rooftop) deck.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
