Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled three public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Feb. 1 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 008/07 at 8:50 a.m. is the appeal of Benchmark Realty Services, owner of 1715 Jane Street, South Side Flats, for new construction of a 3 story multi-unit structure with 5 dwelling units.
Zone case 009/07 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Richard W. Ripley, owner of 175 Pius Street, South Side Slopes, to erect one 19' x 20' two car detached garage as an accessory use to the property.
Zone case 017/07 at 9:20 a.m. is the appeal of Anthony Folino and David Kretz, owners of 125 Brosville Street, South Side Slopes, for new construction of three, 3 story single family attached dwellings with 1 car integral garage in each.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
