Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled one public hearing of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, Jan. 18 at 9:30 a.m. in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 004/07 is the appeal of Richard and Antoinette Brabender, owner of 155 S. 18th Street, South Side Flats, to use the first and second floors of the existing structure as two dwelling units.
Plans are on file for this case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
