Mr. Necciai has spent the past several months learning about the school, its staff and the community. He is looking forward to creating more opportunities for the community to learn about and get involved with the school.
“It would be great, at some point, if we could organize a Career Day for the students,” he said. “This would be an opportunity for residents to talk about their jobs, giving students ideas for their futures.”
Prior to joining Phillips Elementary, Mr. Necciai was principal for four years at Knoxville Elementary. He has also served as an assistant principal for several years, and taught physical education both in Pittsburgh and in Tampa, Florida.
A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Necciai lives with his wife and family in Monongahela. To learn more about Phillips Elementary or to schedule a tour of the school, call 412-488-5190.
