The City Planning Commission is considering a proposed zone change for property located between Second Avenue and the Monongahela River and southeast of the existing SP-1 district, from GI, General Industrial District, to SP-1, Pittsburgh Technology Center; as well as a proposed text amendment to the SP-1 regulations. It also includes a request for the commission to approve a preliminary plan for the development of the property.
A public hearing has been scheduled before the commission on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Testimony presented by individuals will be limited to three minutes each. Testimony by a spokesperson representing an organization or group will be limited to five minutes each by providing a letter of authorization from the organization before testifying. Prepared comments may be presented to the commission in lieu of testimony.
