The Upper Knoxville Block Watch will celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 2 with a “Take the Bite Out of Crime” pep rally.

There will also be a concert performance by the Regular Joes band. Events will be from 7-9 p.m. in the parking lot of Saint John Vianney-Saint Canice Church, corner of Orchard Place and Knox Avenue.
