Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled two public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, July 28 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 150/05 at 9:10 a.m. is an appeal by Plan B, LLC, owner of 2132 E. Carson Street, South Side Flats, to review zone case 430 of 1993 for existing 3-story structure with restaurant on 1st and 2nd floors, office on 3rd floor and a 9'6" x 20'9" 1-story extension to rear.
Zone case 152/05 at 10:10 a.m. is the appeal of 1505 East Carson Street, LP, owner of 1505 E. Carson Street, South Side Flats, to occupy existing 3-story structure as a 2,854 sq. ft. restaurant with a 1,000 sq. ft. office on 1st floor, a 6,174 sq.ft. office in basement and 9 dwelling units on 2nd and 3rd floors. Occupy 21 off-site parking spaces at 1313 Muriel Street.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
