An ordinance has been introduced in City Council amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article III, Chapter 902, Section 902.03.A, for property bounded by Eureka Street, Harwood Street, Secane Avenue and Ruth Street.
The proposal is to re-zone the property from RM-M/Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density District to RP/Residential Planned Unit Development District and to occupy portions of the existing structure as 90 units for elderly housing.
A public hearing will be held by the City Council of Pittsburgh on Wednesday, July 27 at 1:30 and 1:45 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5th floor, City-County Building.

The plans submitted with the application may be reviewed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Land Use Control Office on the 3rd floor at 200 Ross Street Monday through Friday.
