Aspirins & Elephants showing up on the South Side Slopes

The Veronica's Veil Players will present the comedy, “Aspirins & Elephants” by Jerry Mayer on January 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, and 16 in the Veronica's Veil Auditorium, 44 Pius Street, South Side Slopes.
 The story begins when a couple takes their two daughters, and their husbands, on a cruise from Copenhagen to St. Petersburg. The cruise is the mother's idea. She hopes to raise her husband's spirits and libido after a recent heart attack.
The mother doesn't know that her daughters are having big problems with their husbands. Before the cruise is over, the course of all three marriages changes drastically and unpredictably. The play contains mature language
 Admission to the play which begins at 8:00 p.m. on January 7, 8, 14 and 15, and at 2:00 p.m. on January 9, and 16 will be $10. Discounts are available for seniors and students.
