Zone case 043/04 is the appeal of Ned Shekels, owner, and Joan M. Susi, lessee of 82 S. 12th Street, South Side Flats, to change occupancy of the first floor from a beauty shop and 1 dwelling unit to a retail shop (limited) for Victorian memorabilia and tea related items. Three dwelling units to remain above.
Plans are on file for this case and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
