Pittsburgh's Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled three public hearings of interest to South Pittsburgh residents for Thursday, April 10 in the first floor hearing room of the John P. Robin civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Downtown.
Zone case 108/003 at 8:45 a.m. is the appeal of Elaine P. Welling, owner of 301 Kramer Way, Mount Washington, to erect a 12' x 30' open deck in the side yard at the second floor level accessory to one-family dwelling. Two outdoor parking stalls in rear yard to remain.
Zone case 109/03 at 9 a.m. is the appeal of Grand Republic, LLC, owner of 1635 Grandview Avenue, to raze the two existing structures and erect a 4-story, 5 unit multiple-family dwelling with nine integral parking stalls with in-ground pool in rear yard.
Zone case 114/03 at 9:50 a.m. is the appeal of Raselok General Partnership, owner of 2709, 2709½-2711 Sarah Street, South Side Flats to erect a rear third floor addition 22.15' x 20', rear third floor addition 10.12' x 21.82', rear second floor addition 7'9" x 10.12' rear second floor deck 8' x 46' with six air conditioning units (below deck) to existing 3-story multiple family dwelling with six outdoor parking stalls in the rear yard.
Plans are on file for these cases and may be inspected up to the date of the hearing. Anyone who wishes to be heard must appear in person. The board does not accept letters or petitions.
